Customer Service

Customer service representatives are available to answer your questions from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm U.S. central time, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Information

All orders for in stock merchandise that are placed before 12:00 PM central time will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt from Minneapolis, MN (USA). Orders placed after 12:00 PM central time will be considered an order for the next business day and will ship in 2-3 business days.

If you require expedited shipping, please select expedited from the drop down on the shipping information page. Expedited orders will ship 2-day air, orders placed by 12:00PM central time will ship in 1-2 business days.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns

Please contact customer service at CFRAM@impactgroup.us to request a return. Please provide your order number, the item number, and quantity of the items you would like to return. Customer service will provide a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and will provide return shipping instructions. All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original invoice date if a valid return authorization is provided by a customer service representative. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all unused stock items and credit will be applied to the correct credit card.
